Who is Region Pilot for, exactly?

Regional sales managers, territory managers, and brand-network operators in industries that sell through independent dealers. We're starting with the hot tub & spa industry, but Region Pilot is purposely built to work for any dealer-network sales operation.

Do I really get unlimited dealers on the Free plan?

Yes. We don't think a regional manager should be punished with limits on the core thing they're trying to track. Free is free. The Pro upgrade unlocks priority support, a direct line to the founder for product feedback, and early access to new features as they ship — not a higher dealer cap.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your data at any time from your account. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days so you can come back, then permanently deleted unless you ask us to keep it longer. See our Terms for full details.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All connections use HTTPS/TLS. Data at rest is encrypted by our database provider (Supabase). We use row-level security so users can only ever see their own organization's data. Passwords are hashed; we never see them in plain text. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Can I import data from my existing spreadsheet?

Yes. Region Pilot supports CSV and Excel imports for dealers, leads, and sales data. Most people import their existing workbook in their first 10 minutes and are running by lunch.

Is there a contract or annual commitment?

Pro and Team subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period. Annual billing is on our roadmap.

I'm not in the hot tub & spa industry. Will Region Pilot still work for me?

Yes. The product is industry-agnostic — anything we add for the spa industry is generalizable. If you run a network of dealers or distributors in any industry, Region Pilot fits.
